Ordinary Council Meeting - public attendance information

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1995 and the Closure and Restriction (Limit the Spread) Directions, the Shire’s Council Meetings will be open to the public.

The Shire has prepared a COVID-19 Safety Plan to ensure everyone is kept safe.  The COVID-19 Safety Plan contains the following provisions:

• The maximum capacity of the public gallery is 60 persons;
• Seating distance will exceed the 2sqm.
• Shared spaces will be thoroughly cleaned.

The Shire is prohibited under the public health laws from exceeding 60 members in the public gallery.
