Apply for a new service

To apply for a new bin service, simply pop into our Administration Centre or contact us here.

Please note: We are only able to process applications that are signed by the landowner or their authorised agent (i.e. real estate company) as the bins belong to the property and are paid for by the property owner via annual rates.

Upgrade an existing service

If you find you're needing more space for your rubbish and recycling, you can apply for additional bins or larger bins (fees apply).
