The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale is shining the spotlight on empowering young minds through the launch of its new Skill Up Program.
A comprehensive initiative aimed at providing young people between the ages of 12 and 24 with invaluable skills to prepare them for the workforce, the program will consist of eight separate courses run from February to September completely free of charge.
