Fire Safety
The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale is a bushfire-prone area due to the abundance of native vegetation throughout the district.
Restricted and prohibited burning periods help reduce the risk of bushfires by regulating when fires can be lit in the open air and restricting activities that may cause a fire.
Use the options below to make an enquiry about firebreak requirements, burning permits, fire danger ratings or volunteering.
