State Planning Policy 3.6 (Infrastructure Contributions) requires an audited annual statement of accounts for each Development Contribution Plan Reserve Account to be undertaken.
The Shire undertakes this audit each Financial Year end, and aims to make the report available within 7 months of Financial Year End.
The DCPs are audited concurrently, and therefore each annual report contains the relevant information and sign-off for all active Development Contribution Plans.
