The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale aims to raise awareness of mental health issues and reduce stigma associated with seeking support as part of WA Mental Health Week (10 - 17 October).

This year's theme is "Strengthening Our Community - Live, Learn, Work, Play", aimed at increasing mental wellbeing in WA communities.

Today, celebrate WA Mental Health Week at Jarrahdale Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade, Munro Street, Jarrahdale, from around 3pm with a free sausage sizzle cooked by members of the Jarrahdale Brigade.

All community members welcome. Free mental health literature available to take away.
