Clem Kentish Reserve in Serpentine will transform into a hub of excitement and connection on Saturday 11 November as families and friends gather to enjoy a free movie night under the stars from 5- 9 pm.

Featuring SJ's favourite food trucks, residents are encouraged to join in on a night filled with delicious food, games, and a fantastic movie. SJ residents have spoken, and the chosen film for the evening is the timeless classic Cool Runnings.  

Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale President Rob Coales said, “Serpy Sunset Cinemas is a great way for our community to come together and experience another one of our major events for the 2023-2024 season. ”I’m looking forward to another major event that will contribute to fostering the strong sense of community spirit that defines SJ.”

Pack your picnic rug and enjoy an evening of true community spirit. Engage in lawn games or relax with your friends and neighbours. The event promises an evening filled with laughter, joy, and the chance to make lasting memories.

There's an exclusive treat for a fortunate few – limited bean bags for ultimate comfort. Make sure you grab yours early. First come first served. The giant screen will flicker to life around 7:00 pm.

The magic doesn't end here! Serpy Sunset Cinemas will return to Clem Kentish Reserve on Saturday, February 17, 2024, with another night of community, laughter, and cinematic wonders. The screenings will commence once the sun sets, promising another event showcasing the great community spirit in SJ.
