Cleanaway, the Shire’s waste and recycling collection contractor has advised there could be disruptions to bin collection services on Wednesday, 19 April 2023 due to planned industrial action by the Transport Workers Union (WA).

Cleanaway is anticipating minimal interruptions, though some services may be delayed and possibly continue into the following day.

If your bin collection day is Wednesday, 19 April 2023, please present bins for collection as normal and do not retrieve them until they have been emptied.
