Bush Fires Act 1954

Notice – Extension of Prohibited Burning Period

Please note that at the direction of the Chief Bush Fire Control Officer, and in accordance with Section 17(7) of the Bush Fires Act 1954, the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale has extended the Prohibited Burning Time throughout the district, for a further fourteen (14) days from 12.01am on Wednesday, 14 April 2020 until 11.59pm on Tuesday, 28 April 2020.
