A brand new public open space is ready to welcome Jarrahdale families with Stage 1 upgrades to the Jarrahdale Outdoor Hub project now complete.

The works have helped transform the outside of Bruno Gianatti Hall, with new irrigated lawn and more accessible pathways enhancing the pre-existing play area.

Led by the Jarrahdale Community Collective and funded by the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale, Alcoa and the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries, the upgrades have provided the perfect spot for Jarrahdale residents to enjoy a picnic or even a game of cricket on the lawn.

A public barbecue is available at the site with the adjacent playground available to keep the kids entertained.

Outdoor furniture including seating and benches will be added to the site in the coming weeks.
