Infinity X Career Program – Free Online Support for LGBTQIA+ People with Disabilities

The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale is proud to be a host hub for the Infinity X Career Program—a free, six-week online program designed to help LGBTQIA+ young people with disabilities, neurodivergence, or mental health challenges build confidence and explore career opportunities.

  • Guest speakers with lived experience 
  • Safe and inclusive environment 

While sessions are online, Byford Library will be a dedicated hub for participants who prefer a group setting or need reliable internet.

Applications close: 7 March 2025 
Program starts: 11 March 2025 and concludes 15 April 2025 

Weekly Session Times 

Under 18s: Tuesdays, 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM 
Over 18s: Tuesdays, 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM 

Who Can Apply? 

This program has two age streams – over 18 and under 18. This means people of any age can apply!

This program is open to people who identify as LGBTQIA+ AND have a disability (including mental health conditions, neurodivergence, and chronic illness or pain conditions). Please note, you must identify as both to be eligible.

You must live in regional Australia.

You can attend online sessions for 2 hours per week for 6 weeks.
