Council and Committee Meetings

Ratepayers and other members of our community are invited to attend and participate in Council Meetings at the Shire Serpentine Jarrahdale. These are usually held on the third Monday of each month – a calendar of meetings can be found here.

Livestreaming and Recording

Meetings are livestreamed and recorded. To watch a meeting live, open the relevant meeting link and click the “LIVE” button. If you’d like to watch a past meeting, click the meeting link beside the camera icon in the Media column.

Privacy Notice 

Where members of the public contribute at a public meeting conducted by the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale, their contribution may be recorded in the minutes or noted by the Shire in other ways. People attending public meetings may also be recorded by video, and anything they contribute may be captured as part of the recording.

This meeting is also being streamed live via links from the Shire's website. This streaming is conducted using the tools provided by Resolve, a private company the Shire has contracted to conduct this service. Livestream servers are located in Australia and any contribution you make at this meeting will be securely stored on their servers and accessed by the Shire.

How to view agenda and minutes

To view the full agenda for a meeting, click on the meeting event and select “Download Packet” at the top left of the page or click “Download” then "Packet" next to the meeting in the list. You can also download the "Minutes".

You can also view the agenda, reports and attachments directly on the meeting page, along with the minutes and a recording once the meeting has finished. These are available under the “Most Recent Events” section.

To view the resolutions for a report, click on the M below the item. Alternatively, you can view all actions and decisions from the meeting by selecting the Minutes tab on the meeting page.

If you’d like to be notified when new agendas are published, scroll down to “My Subscriptions”, click “Manage”, and create an account. You’ll receive an email notification each time a new agenda is made available.
