Conflict is a normal part of life, but it’s important to be able to cope and deal with challenges that arise - especially in our sporting clubs.

It’s crucial to be able to create a safe environment with a warming culture to ensure people feel welcome at all clubs across the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale.

That’s why we have purchased seats to offer for FREE to the Sports Community webinar training series, "Healthy welcoming clubs: Create safe environments and easily manage conflict at your club”.

From this series, volunteers at all Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale clubs will feel confident and comfortable when dealing with risks and tensions, and learn the best ways to be compliant for a positive outcome.

The series runs over 3 weeks, each session runs for approximately 1 hour.
