The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale, in partnership with CRC and delivered by the Small Business Development Corporation (SBDC) and IPS Management Consultants, invites you to join our “Getting Started in Business” workshop series.
This practical three-part program is designed to help you build strong foundations, gain clarity, and set your business up for success from the very beginning.
Workshop 1: Blue Sky Thinking, Your WHY & Your Business Plan
Begin by exploring your business idea and the motivation behind it. This session will guide you through defining your purpose, values, and early planning considerations. You’ll also cover branding basics and start developing the key building blocks of your business plan.

• Build simple business, marketing and financial plans
• Gain tools and templates you can continue using beyond the sessions

To build a proper foundation for your business, it is best to participate in all three workshops, but it is possible to participate just in one or two of the three workshops.
Note: Maximum of 2 bookings per business.
