Celebrating Seniors and Their Contributions to Our Community

Seniors' Week 2026 will take place from 8 to 15 November, with a range of activities and events offering opportunities to connect with others, learn new skills, stay active and enjoy new experiences.

Held annually in November, Seniors' Week recognises the important role older people play in our community and celebrates the valuable contributions of our senior residents.

Throughout the week, seniors, carers and family members are invited to come together and enjoy a variety of activities.

It's also an opportunity for people of all ages to acknowledge the experience, knowledge, compassion and volunteer spirit that seniors bring to our community.

From social and creative activities to recreation and wellbeing, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Whether it's learning how to turn a hobby into a business, connecting with friends, trying something new, getting creative, stepping back in time or enjoying a laugh through yoga, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved.
