Council and Committee Meetings

Ratepayers and other members of our community are invited to attend and participate in Council Meetings at the Shire Serpentine Jarrahdale. These are usually held on the third Monday of each month – a calendar of meetings can be found here.

Livestreaming and Recording

Meetings are livestreamed and recorded. To watch a meeting live, open the relevant meeting link and click the “Live” button. If you’d like to watch a past meeting, click the meeting link beside the camera icon in the "Media" column.

Privacy Notice 

Where members of the public contribute at a public meeting conducted by the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale, their contribution may be recorded in the minutes or noted by the Shire in other ways. People attending public meetings may also be recorded by video, and anything they contribute may be captured as part of the recording.

This meeting is also being streamed live via links from the Shire's website. This streaming is conducted using the tools provided by Resolve, a private company the Shire has contracted to conduct this service. Livestream servers are located in Australia and any contribution you make at this meeting will be securely stored on their servers and accessed by the Shire.

How to view agenda and minutes

To view the full agenda for an upcoming meeting, click on the "Expand Agenda" arrow, or click "Open" to launch and view in a separate window. Opening the agenda in a separate window allows you also view reports and attachments relevant to the meeting, along with providing the ability to view video recordings and minutes of previous meetings.
