Strong for Life – Seated Bands Program for Women
Thursday 23rd July 2026 - Thursday 24th September 2026

No experience is needed. Participants can work at their own pace, with options to make exercises easier or more challenging. Thursdays, 9:00am – 9:45am Starting Thursday 23 July 10-week program Country Women’s Association, Serpentine.
