Every November, homes, unit blocks, schools, community groups, charities and pubs across the country host garage sales and secondhand markets, on the same two weekends.

It’s all about making secondhand second nature - turning unwanted items into cash, scoring rare vintage bargains and keeping good stuff out of landfill.

An with more than 4 million pre-loved items going up for sale each year, you can find almost anything on the Garage Sale Trail.

This year the Serpentine and Districts CWA are fundraising with an amazing variety of items up for grabs.

Visit them at 57 Richardson Street, Serpentine at the CWA Hall.
