Who to contact

Some issues within the Shire are managed by other agencies, utility providers or emergency services. Contacting the right organisation directly can help resolve issues sooner.

  • Water Corporation on 13 13 75 for water leaks, burst mains or wastewater faults
  • Main Roads WA on 138 138 for hazards on highways and major roads
  • Wildcare Helpline on 08 9474 9055 for sick or injured native wildlife
  • Emergency Services on 000 for life-threatening incidents or crimes in progress

What happens next?

After you submit a request, it will be logged in our customer request system and assigned to the relevant team.

We will assess the issue and prioritise any required works based on urgency, safety and available resources. If we need more information, a Shire officer may contact you.
