Tonkin Highway Extension and Thomas Road Upgrade - Permanent closure of Hopkinson Road South

In accordance with Section 3.50(1a) of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale gives notice that from 15 September 2025, Hopkinson Road south of the intersection at Thomas Road, Byford will be closed for the purposes of the Tonkin Highway Extension and Thomas Road Upgrade (THETRU) Project being delivered by the Tonkin Extension Alliance.
