Proposed Borrowing – Short‑Term Loan Facility

In accordance with Section 6.20(2) of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale gives one month notice of its intention to enter into a short‑term borrowing facility.

At its meeting held on 10 February 2026 Council resolved to approve a $6,000,000 short‑term borrowing facility for a term of two years for the purpose of the Administration Building Redevelopment.
