Each year headspace National support and fund a one day event within each headspace centre to get to know our community and offer some amazingly fun activities based around our 7 tips for a healthy headspace.

The day is very casual and very relaxed and provides the opportunity for the community to come down and meet their local headspace, meet some of our young community advocates, find out more information about us and most important just join in on some super fun activities and food!

So head on down and bring your friends and family to have a great afternoon.

We will also be hosting a grand prize for our little amazing race around our centre. Those who complete the tasks and finish the game will go into the draw to win a grand prize.
