Local Planning Scheme No. 3 Amendment No. 11

It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale Local Planning Scheme No. 3 on 3 August 2026 for the purpose of:

a) Amend the Scheme Map to zone Lot 500 on Deposited Plan 427946 as Residential R30. Amend the Scheme Map to reserve Lot 501 on Deposited Plan 427946 as Public Open Space.
