Expression of Interest for the Disposal of Property

The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced parties for the potential sale or lease of the land at 121 Evelyn Street, Mundijong.

Where the land is leased, the proposed use is intended to be interim until such time as the land is required for its intended future development.

The EOI document is available on the Shire’s website under Public Notices or can be requested by emailing leases@sjshire.wa.gov.au.

Submissions must be received by the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale no later than

2.00pm (AWST), 16 October 2026.

The submission may be:

• Hand delivered to the Shire of Serpentine and Jarrahdale Administration Offices at 6 Paterson Street, Mundijong or 20 Abernethy Road, Byford; or
• Posted to 6 Paterson Street, Mundijong, WA 6123; or
• Email to leases@sjshire.wa.gov.au
