Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage - Development Application – Part 17 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 - Private Recreation Facility (Motorsport), Keysbrook.

 The Shire has been advised by the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage that its Significant Development Assessment Unit has received a development application under Part 17 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 for a Private Recreation Facility (Motorsport Facility), located at 146 Wigg Road, Hopeland and 732 Punrak Road, Keysbrook  

The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage have advised that the development application is open for public comment from  18 August  - 16 September 2022. Submissions are to be made directly to the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage.

Documents and plans relating to the development application are also available to view at the Shire’s administration building (6 Paterson Street, Mundijong) during business hours.
