Cr Scott has been a Serpentine resident and ratepayer for nearly 20 years, and is involved in the Horse Racing industry training Harness and Thoroughbred racing horses from his property. His experience here can only help council on decisions regarding the vast range of equine pursuits in the community. 

Not only horses, Cr Scott has a background in accounting and small business, but his most proud achievement is that of being a father and bringing up children in the Shire.  With life and business experience he feels the time is right to step forward.

Whether it's a family on 300 square metres in Whitby or a farm in Keysbrook he aims to be a strong voice around the table for the South Ward.
