Easter Long Weekend – Bin Collection and Opening Hours

The Easter long weekend is just around the corner, so here’s a quick heads up on a few changes to bin collections and Shire opening hours.

There will be no bin collection on Good Friday, 3 April 2026 due to the public holiday.

Instead, collections will take place on Saturday, 4 April 2026, so please remember to leave your bins out.

Bin collections will return to normal from Easter Monday, 6 April 2026.

The Shire Administration Centre and Byford Library will be closed on:

The Byford Library will still be open on Saturday, 4 April 2026 (9am–3pm).

The Administration Centre will reopen on Tuesday, 7 April 2026 at 8.30am.
