Bring your loved ones to our Chair Yoga session! This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with others while staying healthy. Chair Yoga is a gentle way to care for yourself and your mental wellbeing. By joining the session, you’ll benefit both your body and mind, meet new people, and enjoy a relaxing experience.
At the end, we’ll share coffee and light refreshments together.
