In accordance with section 5.4 of the Local Government Act 1995, a Special Council Meeting has been called to be held on Wednesday, 15 June 2022 at 7pm at the Civic Centre at 6 Paterson St Mundijong.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following reports:

• Differential General Rates and Minimum Payments
• Award Request for Tender / Quote – RFT11/2021 – Serpentine Jarrahdale Community Recreation Centre Management Services
• Consideration of correspondence received from the State Solicitor’s Office dated 8 June 2022 regarding the Invalidity Complaint into the 2021 Local Government Election in the North Ward

The agenda for the meeting will be published on the Shire’s website by 5pm today.
