Shire to celebrate National Families Week

The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale will shine the light on the vital role local families play in making our community great as part of National Families Week 2022.

Held from 15 – 21 May 2022, National Families Week celebrates the meaning of family and highlights how they help to teach, support and nurture children in our community.

Being a tight-knit community, Serpentine Jarrahdale is home to a significant number of young families who are actively involved in groups and access important services throughout our area.

As part of National Families Week, the Shire will be holding an Early Years Fun Day on 19 May 2022. Learn more about this event (and other activities you can participate in to celebrate the week) below.
