As part of its budgeted road construction works program, the Shire has appointed a construction contractor, RCA Civil Pty Ltd, to undertake road widening works on Hopkinson Road, between Gloaming Way and Abernethy Road.

The road works will commence 25 March 2020 and is scheduled for completion by late May 2020.

Local traffic should be aware that traffic management will be in place.  Road users should be prepared to expect traffic delays, and are asked to take care when travelling through the area, allow extra time for your journey and follow all traffic management directions. Local residents along this section of road will still be able to access their properties.
