Did you know the Shire's Parks and Gardens team get to drive a “Ferrari” at work?

That’s right, the P&G team have recently hired a “Gianni Ferrari” collection mower for nine weeks at the height of the Kikuyu growing season. 

The mower cuts and removes grass clippings, honkey nuts and leaves, removes thatch and allows water, air and nutrients to penetrate the turf root zone.

Over the last six weeks our passionate turf loving team have mowed every turfed area within Byford at least twice.

This has reduced clippings from mowing entering nearby properties, improved turf surfaces for recreational purposes and improved drainage.
