Along with our friends from Restful Waters, join us for a morning of Meditation and Mindfulness.
Participants will be guided through some simple Tai Chi techniques along with some relaxing basic stretches.
All sessions will start at 6.30am and run for 45 minutes.
Please note that classes may be cancelled in the event of bad weather. Updates on cancellation will be sent via email.
