Growing Food with Hydroponics and Aquaponics

Past Event

We come into contact with hydroponically grown food in almost every supermarket in this country.

Most truss tomatoes, lettuce, Lebanese cucumbers, eggplant and capsicums on the shelves are grown in these systems.

There are many reasons for using these systems at home for producing high quality fruit, vegetables and herbs.

Crops grow faster with less water and with no loss of nutrients to the environment.

When you grow food at home you can capture all the benefits of freshness as you can pick and eat within minutes rather than days.

The difference? You get more of the vitamins and minerals from your food and Flavour, with a capital F.
