Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2023 - 2028

The Shire’s Access and Inclusion Plan provides a planned approach to ensuring our services and facilities are accessible and inclusive of all community members.

We are reviewing and updating our plan to ensure it is reflective of the community’s aspirations, up to date and relevant.

We invite our community – in particular those with lived experience, family members and carers, or those who work in the sector – to get involved in the review, we are ready to listen!

• Completing an online submission form
• Email your feedback to info@sjshire.wa.gov.au stating the following reference number: SJ4018
• A written submission, submitted by mail or in person to 6 Paterson Street, Mundijong, including the reference number: SJ4018
• Call or visit the Shire and speak with a Community Development Officer 9526 1111

All submissions must be received by 5pm on Friday, 9 December 2022.
