Wildflowers are located throughout the Shire and can be seen by foot on our trails and in our reserves as well as in the car with some great flora roads within the Shire.

There are also a number of groups who carry out wildflower walks and others who offer volunteering opportunities to help rejuvenate bushland so wildflowers can thrive.

Please click on the tiles below to find out more information on Wildflower sightings throughout our reserves/trails, flora roads and groups.

Please take note that the best time to see wildflowers in our Shire is August and September though other species of flora can be seen throughout the year.

The below Landcare SJ guides will help you identify the species of wildflower you may see within the Shire.
