Langford Park Walking Trails
Langford Park has two walking trails through trough Alcoa’s old bauxite mine rehabilitation area.
Trail Description
The Langford Park has two walking trails available through the site of the old 1963/1966 Alcoa Bauxite mine. The area has also been used for timber felling, so you can see both regrowth of the jarrah forest and rehabilitation after mining.
Tallow-wood Trail
Distance: 2km loop
Duration: 30 mins
Trail Classification: Grade 2

(No bushwalking experience required. Track is compacted surface and may have gentle hill/steep sections).
Ken Jones Trail
Distance: 4.5km loop
Duration: 1.5 hrs
Trail Classification: Grade 3

(Some bushwalking experience recommended. Suitable for most ages and fitness levels).
