Draft Cycling and Walking Plan
Closed: 28 November 2019 11:59pm
Walking and cycling are critical for the future and economic vitality of cities and regions. The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale has progressed into developing a Cycle and Walking Plan (the Plan) that integrates a wide set of analysis to formulate a vision for walking and cycling within the Shire.
The Plan sets out that broad vision, along with an interim and long-term aspirational walking and cycling network for the Shire. It also provides an implementation program for individual projects that will support the realisation of the Plan’s vision and objectives.
The purpose of the Shire presenting the Plan is to ensure that the community has an opportunity to view the Plan and provide any feedback, prior to being submitted to Council for final adoption.
The Plan may be inspected at the Shire’s Administration Office during business hours or an electronic copy is below.
Submissions on the Plan can also be lodged in writing by e-mail or on the submission form provided below to email@example.com, by mail or in person to 6 Paterson Street, Mundijong by the closing period of Friday 28 November 2019. The public feedback period will be open for 28 days.
