After the public comment period has closed, all submissions received will be collated and presented to Council in accordance with Schedule 2, Clause 19 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015. Council will forward a recommendation, but a final decision will ultimately be made by the Western Australian Planning Commission.
