Development Application – Lot 506,2 Ballawarra Avenue, Byford 

The Shire is seeking comments for proposed Commercial Centre at Lot 506, 2 Ballawara, Byford. The subject land is zoned ‘Urban’ under the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) and ‘Urban Development under Shire’s Town planning Scheme No. 2 (TPS2).

The site is designated as ‘Neighbourhood Node’ under the Redgum Brook South Local Structure Plan.

The proposed development includes:

  • Two office/retail tenancies measuring 66m² and 28m²;
  • A shop and retail/café space (to be used in conjunction or separately) measuring 61m²
  • A community hub/pop up centre measuring 30m²
  • A storeroom; and
  • Male and female disables access toilets
