The IPWEA Local Government Guidelines for Subdivisional Development Edition No.2 – 2009 can be downloaded at http://www.ipweawa.org.au/.
These standard drawings represent the current requirements of the Shire, however they are occasionally updated in response to advice provided by designers and construction managers in the development industry. For this reason, please do not rely on offline version of these drawings and always check the site to be aware of updates.
Note: Where there is a conflict between the requirements and items detailed in the Engineering Standards for Subdivisional Development and the requirements and items depicted in the Standard Detail Drawings, the latter shall take precedence.
