
The Office of the CEO is responsible for supporting councillors, council meetings, communications and marketing, organisational development, strategic plan direction, policies & procedures, human resources, economic development and tourism. The CEO also engages in political advocacy on the Shire's behalf.
Corporate Services is made up of four sections and provides services to both the community and other staff within the organisation.
Financial Services provides all finance, treasury, accounting and rating systems.
Information Services all records management, freedom of information and information technology services.
Library Services operate the Mundijong Public Library which offers many services and programs to the local community.
Customer Relations is the face and voice of the Shire, and provides front counter, cashier and switchboard services.

This directorate is responsible for the investigation, planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of Council infrastructure and facilities such as roads, drainage, footpaths, parks and reserves, cemeteries, recreation facilities and waste management.
It comprises three teams: Design, Operations and Fire and Emergency Services.
The Design team does the investigation, planning, designing, programming and project management for infrastructure projects.
Operations is responsible for the construction and maintenance of footpaths, roads and drains, building maintenance, parks and gardens, street trees, and rubbish removal.
The Fire and Emergency Services team is responsible for all the Shire's fire and emergency services including fire prevention, emergency response and risk management planning, volunteer training, and incident control.
This directorate is made up of three teams: Community Development, Strategic Planning, and Environmental Services.
Strategic Planning does the long term planning to create sustainable communities, ensuring that the integration of urban growth occurs responsibly with the surrounding rural environment.
The Community Development team provides a vital link between Council and community groups. It assists with events, youth, seniors, recreation, community facilities, community safety, disability access, grants, and cultural development.
Environmental Services manages environmental programs aimed at reducing water and energy consumption, water quality, biodiversity and conservation, and landscape restoration.
