Wellness Activity at Byford Hall

Join us for a day of wellness activities to acknowledge Mental Health week.
Activities will include; (Click on the activity to find out more and book a place, booking are not essential but recommended) mindfulness, drumming circle, crafts and much more
- A gentle introductory class on mindfulness yoga.
- A gentle introductory class on Tai Chi presented by Restful Waters
- A relaxation therapy session with musical instruments
- Interactive Drumming Circle

Tuesday 8 October, 2019
9am to 10am - Quiet hour
Lighting, noise and music will be at a minimum during this time.
10am to 2pm - Lights, music and general noise levels resume.
