The Ferment event flyer

Join Linda and Peter in this fermenting workshop and learn about fermenting vegetables and making your own healthy and tasty food.

Fermented vegetables are packed full of enzymes, vitamins, minerals and are rich in probiotics, providing a myriad of health benefits.

Participants will be provided with notes. Fermenting starter kits will be available for purchase. Special Korean chilli powder in small quantities also available.
