Under the Local Government Act 1995, Council has a number of Local Laws that cover areas of Council interest and provide a standard under which businesses, residents and ratepayers must conduct their activities.
In accordance with Section 3.16 of the Local Government Act 1995 public advice is provided of the periodic review of the following local laws:

Copies of these laws are available below or by contacting the Administration via email info@sjshire.wa.gov.au or calling 08 9526 1111 during normal business hours. Submissions to be made in writing and received by 4.00pm on Monday 25 July 2011 at the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale Administration Office, 6 Paterson Street, Mundijong WA 6123. Email and facsimile (08 9525 5441) submissions will also be accepted up until the closing date.
