Council is currently advertising a draft local law to help manage the issue of dust, particularly on development sites in Byford.
The aim of the new local law is to make it easier for Council officers to insist on dust management plans for a wide range of development activities.
It will also enable officers to issue notices to developers or builders to ensure certain works are done, and also provides for infringements for non-compliance.
